Sometimes this happens, so there is a number of steps to take.
First…
Does the XER file you are uploading contain several projects?
- If so, please try exporting the project as a single file and try to upload again
Do you have an XER cleaner? This can help get rid of any database issues contained in your XER file. Clean you XER file and try to upload
If that doesn’t work, can you clear the cache in you browser, see this link… XER Toolkit isn't working 😕
If that doesn’t work, can you try a different browser
If that doesn’t work, are you able to send your XER to support@xer-online.com so we can have a look to see if there are any specific issues with the file.
