remove a request for Progress

How do I as administrator remove a request for Progress if no progress is made

Hi Alphons, Welcome to the forum!

There are 2 ways to do this!..

The first, and is technically the correct way is let the person you have asked for a progress update to reply with zero progress. This can be done in the summary.
The user does not need to put anything in the progress request, they can just press submit.

This way you will have a record of zero progress at that date.

The second way is to click on the blue square with a pencil in it. This will allow you to amend the request, so you can change the date it is required, perhaps the end of the next period

This way the progress request is delayed until there is progress to report

The third way, is next to the request on the requesters side, is click the red ‘X’

This will remove the request completely.
