Can I update my credit card details in XER Toolkit?

Currently, there isn’t a direct way to update your credit card details within XER Toolkit, but don’t worry—we have simple workarounds for you:

Option 1:

  1. Allow your current license to expire.
  2. When you next log into XER Toolkit, you’ll see the Subscribe Menu.
  3. Here, you can choose your package and enter your new card details.

Option 2 (faster):
Alternatively, you can simply contact us at support@xer-online.com. We’ll cancel your subscription immediately, enabling you to log back into your account straight away. You’ll then be presented with subscription options to select your package and update your card details.

Don’t worry if you do this before your renewal date—we’ll adjust your new subscription to reflect your original renewal date, ensuring you don’t lose any subscription time.

The best part? Your existing login remains unchanged, and all your projects, settings, and work will stay exactly as you left them. You won’t lose a thing!
